Founder, President, and CEO

Vincent Wheeler, LP, has been involved in EMS for over three decades. His extensive experience presented an unparalleled level of knowledge and dedication ensuring solutions that work.  He has been the chief of a local volunteer service and has held a number of management roles in the organization. He also worked for 10 years as a paramedic supervisor for a large regional commercial ambulance service. Vincent has served on the Board of Directors for Litchfield County Dispatch and is trained in EMS dispatch services. He is actively engaged in the EMS community throughout the state. Vincent has added emergency preparedness to his repertoire. He was a member if the Federal  Disaster Medical Assistance Team and was promoted to the role of EMS section leader in 2006.  In 2004, Vincent was appointed as the Emergency Management Director for the Town of Harwinton. 

Field Training Officers

Field Training Officers Heidi Johnson and Edina Szaniszlo run all new employees through an extensive Field Training Program prior to them being released to one of our partner sites. This allows us to ensure that we are providing our clients with a high quality provider that we would be happy to see show up at our door in the case of an emergency.
