EMT Academy
Vintech proudly offers a rigorous and distinctive EMT Academy which aims to find academically competent college students/high school seniors aiming to become Paramedics, Nurses, PA's, and Doctors. Many students become Emergency Medical Technicians to take the first step into the world of healthcare. At Vintech, we fully support this stepping stone philosophy and have gone as far to create a class that will train students to become EMT's.
Our class is VERY different than other courses around the state.
After completion of the course, students that excelled in the material and demonstrated a passion for healthcare will be offered a PAID internship working on a local ambulance service.
Vintech has the resources and connections to take students on field trips that will enhance their understanding of patient care, extrication, and medical air support.
An EMT class can cost upwards of $1,300 whereas the cost of our course will be a $700 flat fee. This cost will cover the following:
Tuition
Study material, books, and practice tests
American Heart Association CPR Card
24 hours of ride time on a local ambulance
